Apoexpa / Asopex was present together with other organizations in the trade mission to Canada, thanks to the help of INFO and FEDER.
After the signing of the free trade agreement between the European Union and Canada, the stone fruit sector and especially table grapes have taken up the possibility of exporting significantly mainly to the east coast of Canada.
In this commercial mission we visit points of sale where we check the quality of the product as well as the possibility of presenting products under the same conditions from our companies.
Among the entities and agencies with which working meetings were scheduled are the authorities of Ontario and Toronto; European representatives and officials in Canada to ensure compliance with the CETA and the Consulate of Spain; the Ontario Center of Excellence; the Chambers of Commerce; and the managers of strategic projects such as Quayside, Starup Here Toronto or Trade Accelerator Program.
